Microvessel density in normal lymph nodes and lymphomas of dogs and their correlation with vascular endothelial growth factor expression

Abstract

We found a significant difference between the microvessel densities (MVD) of normal compared to all neoplastic lymph nodes (177 +- 35 versus 241 +- 72 microvessel profiles/mm2).
