The effect of nitric oxide synthase inhibitors nitro-L-arginine and 7-nitroindazole on spatial learning and motor functions in Lurcher mutant and wild type mice

Abstract

Both inhibitors of NOS did not significantly influence spatial learning in Lurcher mutant mice nor in wild type animals. Motor functions were significantly negatively influenced only in Lurcher mice.
