Influence of endothelin-1 gene polymorphisms on the progression of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease

Abstract

Influence of three single-nucleotide polymorphisms of the endothelin-1 gene on the progression of the disease was examined. An effect of K198N, 3A/4A, and T-1370G polymorphisms was excluded.
