Importance of HRCT in the diagnostics of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in patients with hematological malignancies

Abstract

Angioinvasive pulmonary aspergillosis is very frequent complication at imunocompromiset patiens with hematologic diseases. Early diagnostic by HRCT could prevent lethal and of the disease.
