Changes of dopamine receptors in mice with olivocerebellar degeneration

Abstract

C57B1 Lurcher mice revealed significantly higher density of D1 like and D2 like dopamine receptors in the hippocampus, lower density of D1 like receptors in the cerebellum. In C3H Lurcher mutants only higher density D1 dopamine receptors.
