Abstract
Author brings novelty in the Criminal Code, which is the provision of legal error, which is generally non-compliance the offender's knowledge (ie, perception, imagination) is a reality, either because the perpetrator did not realize that there is some legally significant facts, or because of that fact was the wrong idea.
