Abstract
This book introduces theoretical models of current understanding of professional and formal mentoring and mentoring programmes. It provides a reader with a detailed description of current research knowledge within mentoring programmes, and mentoring relationships- within international and national perspective.
Main parts of this book concentrate on a question of quality of mentoring relationships-authors introduce original typology of mentoring relationships and in relationship with that authors provide reader with a knowledgeable description of functional principles of professional mentoring.
