Rhythmic Abilities as Predisposition for Precise Timing in Double-dutch

Publication

Abstract

Test subjects were tested for rhytmical abilities, using two tests. Then 4 best and 4 worst pairs, according to average result in tests' result, proceeded to second test - turning double-dutch to the music.

Differences between first and second group were statisticaly analyzed. The hypothesis of variance homogeneity of experimental groups' test results was accepted at level α = 0,1.

However, other characteristics of groups' results could indicate a relationship between rhythmic abilities and double-dutch turning performance levels.
