Synthesis and anticancer activity of chalcogenide derivatives and platinum(II) and palladium(II) complexes derived from a polar ferrocene phosphanyl-carboxamide

Abstract

Polar ferrocene phosphine, 1´-(diphenylphosphanyl)-1-[N-(2-hydroxyethyl)carbamoyl]ferrocene, was converted to P-chalcogenide derivatives and Pd and Pt complexes. All compounds were tested for cytotoxic activity.
