Public Sector Information: Research Results of the Existing Exclusive Agreements in Czech Republic

Abstract

One of the interesting aspects of the PSI universe is the general EU rule which forbids the existence of Esclusive Agreements between the public sector bodies and the re-users, which would provide them any exclusive rights for commercial re-using of PSI. This paper presents some preliminary results of the Czech case study covered by the European Commission.
