Abstract
The article deals with development and current state of health policy in relation to migration and migrants in the Czech Republic. In detail it posts up available data on migrants´ health and draws attention to some health risks connected with migration.
The article explains migrants´ legal claim for healthcare during their residency in CR. An introduction to commercial health insurance problems is also reported.
The article draws attention to existing inequalities in healthcare availability for so-called “third countries” migrants and shows some typical issues in utilizing healthcare.
