Jihlava´s Wills at the Turn of the 16th and 17th Centuries: Sources for the History of Family Structures, Historical Demography and Sociotopography

Abstract

A total of 968 Jihlava´s wills from the period 1578-1624 were subjected to statistical analysis. The wills are regarded as the sources for the history of family structures, historical demography and sociotopography.
