Pluronic F-127 as the buffer additive in capillary entangled polymer electrophoresis: Some fundamental aspects

Abstract

Some unique properties of the Pluronic F-127 thermoassociating polymer has been studied with regard to their possible application in capillary electrophoresis for separation of amino acids, peptides and proteins.
