The Enzyme Kinetics Study Using Capillary Electrophoresis: Determination of Chitobiose and N-Acetylglucosamine

Abstract

Method for determination of substrate and product of enzyme beta-N-hexosaminidase was developed and evaluated. Michealis constant of the enzyme was determined.
