Capillary Electrophoretical Method for Plant Metabolomics: Rapid Separation of Co-enzymes

Abstract

A rapid method for fast separation of co-enzymes ATP, ADP, NADH and NAD has been developed using dynamic coating of capillary wall with polybrene.
