Abstract
This book includes a set of columns about the Czech language, which were written for the foreign broadcasting of Radio Praha, Český rozhlas 7. These columns are based on author‘s own observations as well as on the extensive data material form the Czech National Corpus.
Each individual column describes different aspect of contemporary Czech. Originally, the columns were intended to inform listeners of the Radio Praha living abroad and interested in the Czech language about new developments or recent changes in Czech.
The present book explains in a reader-friendly manner to all readers living in the Czech republic what the Czech National Corpus is, how one can work with it and what can one find it.
