Specific heat of a CeCu0.7Al3.3 single crystal

Abstract

CeCu0.7Al3.3 single crystals have been prepared by the solution growth method. The compound crystallizes in the tetragonal BaAl4-type of structure.

A detailed specific-heat study of CeCu0.7Al3.3 is presented.
