Application of HPLC-MS/MS with jet stream thermal gradient focusing for identification and quantification of estrogen pollutants in natural water samples

Abstract

An HPLC-MS/MS method using jet stream thermal gradient focusing technique was developed for identification and determination of estrogenic pollutants. Using preliminary SPE preconcentration step, this method was successfully applied for detection of pollutants in natural water samples.
