Forth part discusses Pareto’s “Manual of Political Economy” (1909). Fifth part explains his “Treatise on General Sociology” (1916).
Sixth part describes Pareto’s essay “Transformation of Democracy” (1921). Seventh part deals with the development of the elite theory.
Eighth part offers a critique of the elite theory.
