Abstract
The aim was to review epigenetic changes in cancer cells focus on DNA methylation. Refer to perspective use of recent knowledge for early detection of ovarian cancer, which remains the important gynaecological problem.
It is due to difficult diagnostics in early stages of ovarian cancer.
