The use of cardiac biomarkers in detection of cardiotoxicity associated with conventional and high-dose chemotherapy for acute leukemia

Abstract

We evaluated cardiac toxicity associated with conventional and high-dose chemotherapy in 47 adult acute leukemia patients with multiple biomarkers of cardiac injury including glycogen phosphorylase BB (GPBB).
