Abstract
In overview work is described actual situation in coronary artery revascularization. Above all is emphasized importance of usage of both mammary arteries.
Assessed are as well accomplishments and usage of other grafts (radial artery, right gastroepiploic artery). It is emphasized also prevention of stroke.
From this view, the technology of ,,no touch aorta,, is of importance. There is also described technique of mini - invasive access, above all about access from short thoracotomy and about robotic surgery.
