Abstract
Textbook of Environmental Law contains a general part of environmental law affecting mainly the basic principles, foundations, concepts and sources, and the special part, dealing with the legislation of tools and equipment environmental components and ecosystems as well as sources of danger to the environment. The publication is intended primarily students of law schools, but also finds application among teachers and students of other universities, lawyers, economists and natural scientists.
Undoubtedly, good will guide civil servants, environmentalists and the wider general public.
