1) Sports physical activities in relation to the health and our quality of life.2) The role of the prevention and compensation. Physical movement and the meaning of its quality.3) Basic terms from pathology, causes of movement system disorders, basic types of movement system disorders.4) The importance of timely and consistent development of movement skills in a person's (students) life.5) Motivating children, sudens and pupils to physical activity and sports activities.6) Health aspects of movement activities in the individual age periods.7) Components of a suitable movement regime with a preventive effect on human health.8) Risks of disease development (circulatory, metabolic, etc.) in people with lower physical activity.9) Principles of preparing intevrening fitness programs.10) Problems of a hypokinetic way of life, the importance of physical activity for health.

Annotation

This subject will provide insights into the theoretical background of movement activities in various types of health impairments. This class has a motivational character for a deeper study of the given issue, develops a relationship to physical activities and sports.

It provides the basis for educational, lecturing and consulting activities in the matter of life-long implementation of health-promoting physical activities.
