The program Psychology with the extension of special pedagogy provides the graduates with basic professional knowledge and skills in psychological and specifically also special pedagogical disciplines. Emphasis is placed on the acquisition of academic knowledge and competences from basic theoretical disciplines and methodology and on the application-oriented knowledge and skills.

Their combination allows graduates to continue their studies in the follow-up Master's degree programs in psychology, or in related fields. But also to enter the labor market and find employment in school, counseling and special education facilities, social care institutions, etc.

The study program is compatible with the requirements of the European standard EuroPsy, thus facilitating student and graduate international mobility.
