Profiles

Graduates of the bachelor’s programme in musicology have acquired basics of knowledge and research methods providing an overview of music from Middle Ages to present. Graduates are grounded in the theoretical basics of the discipline; they have acquired skills in working with sources and literature, in analysing and interpreting European and non-European music and culture.

The graduate has communication competences in both working languages (Spanish at EFRL level C1) and basic translation and interpreting skills which he/she is expected to be able to develop rapidly according to the requirements of the client / employer. The graduate’s broad general knowledge foundation meets the requirements for higher degree studies.
